"Daughters of Canton Delta" is an exploration of the remarkable life choices made by a group of women in the face of challenging social, economic, and political circumstances over a century ago in the Canton region. By delving into two individuals' narratives through the lens of the artists, we aim to shed light on their extraordinary life journeys to inspire our audiences with their resilience, independence and compassion. Moreover, the exhibition endeavours to offer fresh perspectives on the intricate connection between Hong Kong and Canton, unveiling new insights and fostering a deeper understanding of connectivity within the region.
